S/4 HANA Functional Analyst - Financial Accounting / RAR

This Functional Analyst role is focused on S/4 HANA Finance, with experience in SAP Project Systems. The role will be in the implementation of these areas in on-going solutions and migration to S/4 HANA Finance. The successful candidate will perform work that is highly complex, varied in nature, and span multiple functional areas. This individual will seek to ensure the optimum utilization of existing system platforms and their integration while considering deployment of new technologies in response to business requirements.As an Analyst this role will be responsible for performing configuration, preparing functional designs, testing and managing the work of managed services providers.Design functional solutions to solve business problemsEnsure agreement on design with process owners Support and implement S/4 HANA Finance & SAP Project Systems.Perform fit-gap analysis via discovery by engaging with business units and SAP team membersParticipate in solution build and test activities on SAP implementations, rollouts, or upgrade projectsReview current standards and revise to ensure best practicesServe as the conduit between product team, business, and engineering.Basic Qualifications:8+ years SAP consulting experience in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting3 + years of hands-on experience implementing S/4HANA projects Expertise in configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI), Management Accounting (CO), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) as well as their integration with other SAP Modules Deep understanding on the integration of the components within the Management Accounting (CO) module such as Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Order Related Accounting (OPA), Account Based Profitability Analysis (ABCOPA), Project Systems (PS), Product Costing, and Material Ledger, as well as their integration with other SAP Modules.3+ years experience with SAP S/4HANA PS ImplementationTRAVEL REQUIRED: US based with ability to travel throughout the US.Other Desired Skills:Deep understanding and working knowledge of SAP Project Systems Deep understanding of SAP Fiori UXWorking knowledge of SAP RAR is desired Working knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN) is desiredWorking knowledge on the conversion of SAP legacy system to SAP S/4HANA is desiredWorking knowledge of ABAP debugging skills is desired Ability to conduct and facilitate complex and interactive solutioning workshops Leadership skills; lead customer engagements relating to Financial and Management AccountingCertification in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting and Treasury is desiredSAP Activate Project Management methodology is desiredINDHCLSMC
