Traveling Electrical Service Foreman

Bryan Electric is in search of a Full-Time Traveling Service Foreman (electrical technician) to join our Service/Rollout team.
This roll requires someone willing to travel out of Georgia to complete electrical service work and/or small projects. Bryan Electric Inc. is licensed in 32 different states across the US and could require work in any of the given 32 states.
Persons in this position will service, repair, and maintain systems of all types in a customer's facility during normal working hours and be rotated on-call 24x7 (when not out of state). They will also perform small project electrical installations when needed.
Persons in this position will need to be self-performing and have leadership qualities. They will need to be able to run a small crew of 2-3 workers dependent on the assignment.
Compensation is determined pending qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Must be an effective and professional communicator, both written and verbally.Respond to a customer's electrical needs as directed in a professional manner.Understand and implement all OSHA requirements and the company's electric safety policies.Accurately enter all necessary data into service management software via mobile tablet to update work orders for tracking, documentation and invoicing.Provide any other required reports to management, in a clear, legible and professional manner (Time Sheets, Vehicle Inspections, Etc.)Troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and determine the best course of action for repairs.Install all systems in accordance with the NEC and any applicable standards and specifications.Properly communicate all issues to customer and to management.Requisition the necessary materials, tools, equipment, and manpower necessary to complete the work order.Effectively manage resources to best control budgets.Manage and care for a service vehicle, tools, material inventory, and equipment that is issued to you.Manage, train, and develop any manpower assigned to you.Required Skills
Strong commercial and industrial electrical background.Strong troubleshooting skills utilizing test equipment.Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code.Ability to safely operate and maintain a specialized electrical service vehicle. (License required)Able to maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.Able to demonstrate necessary computer and keyboard skills, as well as utilize mobile devices such as a smart phone or tablet.Ability to manage customer and company specific information and documentation in an organized manner.Able to maintain high levels of productivity, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy.Able to be on a twenty-four hour call on a rotating basis, as needed.Physically able to perform the duties of the position.Self-performing with strong leadership qualities.Willing to travel out of state to complete service work and/or small projects.Able to maintain a crew of 2-3 workers.Must be able to effectively utilize project management programs (PlanGrid, Bluebeam, etc.).Must be able to read blue prints.
Benefits and Pay
Pay: 30-32 dollars an hour with 30 dollars a day per diem when traveling out of the state.
Housing: Company provided housing when traveling out of state.
