is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join a busy, existing practice in Land O'Lakes, Florida. AdventHealth Primary Care Network is a primary care group aligned with AdventHealth specialty physicians that uses leading technology, innovation, and compassion to deliver whole-person care. Join our team of 350+ primary care providers throughout the AdventHealth Florida region.
Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 11AM-7PM. Includes a sign-on bonus!The APP, under the supervision of physicians, is responsible for:Performs physical examinations of patients, assessment and treatment of injuries or illnesses for pediatric through geriatric patients, including women s healthOrders and interprets appropriate diagnostic tests, such as routine laboratory, X-ray, etc.Independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditionsMonitors the patient s course of treatment and makes appropriate referral to either a physician or specialist, as neededCollaborates with physician supervisor and staff, as necessary to provide consistent care to patients and support to staffDisplays a caring and professional attitude at all time as well as maintaining personal and professional growthRequired
