Job Description: - Join our float pool for Med/Surg Telemetry areas.- Responsibilities include measuring intervals and interpreting telemetry strips every 4 hours.- Experience with TR Band and performing cardiac drips.- Provide care for ED border patients, act as a medication nurse in the acute mental health unit, and care for non-vented patients who are transfer-ready in the ICU.- Work with a patient population in units ranging from 8 to 41 beds, with a bed count of 371.- Clinician to patient ratio: Days & Evenings up to 5:1; Nights up to 6:1.- Utilize EMR systems including EPIC, Omnicell, and Kronos.
