We are seeking a Finance/Administrative Assistant will provide critical support to the finance team and assist with general office administration. This role involves managing financial records, assisting with accounting tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*Finance / Admin Assistant Responsibilities*
* Assist with daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
* Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents for approval and payment.
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including data entry, reconciliations, and report generation.
* Manage and track office expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budgets.
* Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for team members.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained.
* Support HR functions, including onboarding of new employees and maintaining employee records.

* Strong interpersonal Skills
* Maritime /Oil and Gas experience or similar
* Accounting and finance background
* Ability to work part-time
