Technician III

Responsibilities:
- Perform transit vehicle maintenance in compliance with company standards
- Inspect, diagnose, service and/or repair all assigned transit vehicles and mechanical equipment
- Ensure accurate upgrades and/or modifications on coach systems, road calls, and on-the-road repairs as needed
- Read and interpret safety documents, blue-prints, schematics, and other mechanical diagrams.
- Coach and monitor team members
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 21 years or older
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- Valid drivers’ license with a clean driving record.
- 5+ years’ Maintenance experience with all types of heavy-duty transit. equipment.
- Appropriate Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug test.
