Job DescriptionYour CareerAs part of the role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable datasets to establish certified datasets as an enterprise-grade asset. You will participate in problem statement discovery and propose state-of-the-art solutions, including AI training. This role is a key enabler of building the future of AI and Analytics data foundation to support the company's growth.Play a crucial role in the Data & Analytics team, crafting and implementing integrations using state-of-the-art Cloud technologiesTranslate and assess business problem statements into data requirements and foundation and deliver beyond the stated askTake bold risks in delivering real-time data and insights to executives through innovative methodsEngage with cross-functional teams to deliver key data and insights, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared successDedicate efforts to creating data models that prioritize simplicity and usability, ensuring scalability for future needsDevelop certified and scalable data models that offer the highest business value, enabling actionable insightsUtilize deep data analysis techniques to uncover actionable insights from data modelsCollaborate closely with data analysts, product owners, and data scientists to understand requirements and overcome challenges collaborativelyQualifications10+ years of experience within data and analytics domainExpert level in writing optimized SQL codeProficiency in Python for constructing integrations within GCP DataProc clustersExperience in building ETL using data from Big Query, as well as Apache SparkExperience in Managing code using Github (CI/CD)Execution and delivery in agile (scrum) development methodologyWorking knowledge with Tableau (preferred)Proven problem-solving ability, good interpersonal and teamwork skillsAdditional InformationThe TeamJoin a dynamic and fast-paced team that feels excitement at the prospect of a challenge and feels a thrill at resolving technical gaps that inhibit productivity.Compensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $124,000 - $201,500 per year. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
