Senior Healthcare Financial Analyst

Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, is seeking a Senior Financial Decision Support Analyst. This is a remote position with no C2C option available.Responsibilities:Provide strategic reporting and information to key stakeholders and hospital leadershipAnalyze operational volumes, expense & service utilization, profitability, and the organization's competitive position in the marketplaceAnalyze and organize qualitative and quantitative clinical, financial, and administrative data from multiple sourcesWork collaboratively with others to define and support methods of financial analysis for new and existing ventures, physician contracts, and reimbursement impactParticipate in the coordination of complex and confidential special projects as neededRequirements:Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in financial modeling and analytic techniquesKnowledge of physician compensation models and Survey dataRelational database knowledge and experience working with large data setsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration or Business related field from an accredited college or university
