Our firm is seeking a dedicated and motivated attorney to join our team and represent clients in complex personal injury and labor law matters in New York City.Key Responsibilities:Handle a caseload of personal injury and labor law cases from intake to resolution, including trialsAdvocate for clients involved in workplace injuries and labor law claims, including New York Labor Law Sections 240, 241(6), and 200 casesConduct legal research, prepare briefs, and draft pleadingsNegotiate settlements and represent clients in courtCollaborate with senior attorneys and staff to provide top-notch representation for clientsQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice law in New York State6+ years of experience handling personal injury cases on the plaintiff side, with a focus on labor law mattersProven ability to manage cases independently and take cases to trialExcellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsStrong commitment to providing high-quality legal representation for injured clientsCompensation and Benefits:Competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $200,000Percentage of fees collected on casesPerformance-based bonusComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchingProfessional development and CLE opportunities
