Ensuring the availability of quality offerings for those individuals who engage with channels.BA in business, marketing, communications, or related field.5-7 years of Corporate Learning & Development ExperienceCorporate Education Administration - scheduling classes, registering class participants, collecting surveysInstructional Design Experience - developing course materialsExperience developing and delivering a Train the Trainer program a plusFamiliarity with LMS technologyExperience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environmentExcellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skillsProficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
