This is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction, driving innovation and efficiency across all aspects of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team across art production, customer success, administration, and finance.Establish clear KPIs for team performance and accountability.Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.Oversee inventory and logistics for safe, timely art distribution to galleries.Act as a bridge between operations and artists, ensuring creative and operational harmony.Develop dashboards and performance metrics to monitor and optimize operations.Support strategic alignment with company goals, collaborating closely with the CEO.Experience Required10+ years in operations management, ideally within creative or artistic sectors.Strong background in logistics, supply chain, and production workflows.Proven team leadership skills, with an emphasis on accountability and growth.Expertise in optimizing systems and processes for scale.Skilled in data-driven decision-making, KPI tracking, and reporting.Proficiency in operational and inventory management systems.Project management expertise, preferably with experience in Kanban or similar frameworks.Location:
