Position: Plant ManagerLocation: Greensboro / Winston-Salem, NC (will relocate)Salary: Competitive Base + BonusDescription:Were working with a top food and beverage organization in search of a high caliber Plant Manager near Greensboro, NC. Candidates must come from the F&B, grocery, or dairy industry on the production side of the business. This is a well run facility looking for a leader to bring things to the next level.This individual will lead a team of 2 managers, 6 supervisors, and 200 hourly associates.Responsibilities:- Plans, directs, and oversees all production and cooler operations- Full P&L and budget responsibilities- Needing someone thats tech savvy with excellent communication skills- Stable and growing company offering the opportunity for upward mobilitySkills/Abilities/Qualifications:- Bachelors degree or equivalent management experience- Excellent leadership and developmental abilities
