Primary Purpose
The Project Delivery Lead will be instrumental in steering high-impact projects from inception through completion, ensuring they align with strategic business goals and deliver exceptional outcomes. This role requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in project management, financial oversight, and process optimization, who will also act as a key liaison between the company and its corporate stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Strategic Client Relationship Management:Serve as the senior contact for clients, cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships to drive long-term partnerships.Proactively address client needs and concerns with strategic solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-value outcomes and unparalleled client satisfaction.Deliver executive-level presentations and briefings, clearly communicating project vision, progress, and results to clients and internal stakeholders.Executive Project Delivery:Direct the strategic planning and execution of high-priority projects, ensuring they meet organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards.Mentor project management teams, driving cross-functional collaboration and implementing best practices to enhance project success.Oversee the resolution of complex project issues and risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies and successful project completion.Financial Oversight and Strategy:Exercise comprehensive oversight of project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets and optimal resource allocation.Develop and present financial forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for cost savings and financial performance improvements.Monitor and manage financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and financial objectives are achieved.Corporate Liaison and Stakeholder Engagement:Act as a key corporate liaison, facilitating communication and collaboration between the company and its external and internal stakeholders.Represent the company in executive meetings, industry forums, and client engagements, reinforcing our strategic position and building valuable relationships.Coordinate with senior executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project outcomes with corporate strategy and objectives.Process Optimization and Leadership:Develop and refine project management processes and methodologies to drive operational excellence and efficiency.Ensure adherence to corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices across all projects.Lead initiatives to enhance project management capabilities, drive continuous improvement, and support organizational effectiveness.Qualifications
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.Extensive experience (10+ years) in senior project management roles with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects and managing high-level client engagements.Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and performance analysis.Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain executive-level client and corporate relationships.Proficiency in advanced project management tools and methodologies, and a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.Why work at Emmes?
