We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer who will support the critical functions for mission clients. This individual will directly support the division in developing and maintaining their ServiceNow instance for the use across the Enterprise.Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions that leverage ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITBM, and Knowledge.Evaluate the existing systems and propose recommendations (including software development, integration and test).Communicate effectively with technical and managerial staff to answer questions relating to the developed requirements.Perform System Engineering as needed to maximize efficiencies.Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline.System Engineering experience with demonstrated ServiceNow implementation/integration experience.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM toolset and integrations.Experience designing and/or developing product and service catalog solutions that take full advantage of the ServiceNow modules.Experience utilizing the ServiceNow out-of-the-box automation and integration capabilities to develop division solutions.Preferred Qualifications

Certified in any of the following is desired: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - ITSM, Certified Application Developer, Micro Certification/CAS - Performance Analytics, MC Service Portal.Company EEO Statement
