As a

Data Mining and List Building Specialist , you’ll play a key role in our client’s growth strategy, using your analytical prowess to build comprehensive contact lists that fuel sales and marketing initiatives. This role combines strategic data gathering with a methodical approach to list building, as you’ll uncover insights about potential clients’ tech stacks, revenue, and growth. Candidates with CRM experience, especially with HubSpot, are ideal for future projects, though the primary focus will be on data mining and list-building to create the foundation for CRM and funnel enhancement.Responsibilities:Construct and maintain a robust contact database using Google Sheets, aligned with specific ideal customer profiles.Conduct in-depth analysis of company data, focusing on tech stack, revenue, and growth indicators.Apply critical thinking to ensure all gathered information aligns with specified criteria and key performance indicators.Maintain high accuracy in data entry and data management to support successful marketing and sales campaigns.Collaborate with team members to refine data collection methods and improve overall efficiency.Stay updated on industry trends and data mining techniques to continually enhance list-building strategies.Preferred:

Experience with HubSpot CRM and funnel setup, as future projects may involve CRM formalization and funnel optimization.Requirements:

Proven track record in data mining, analysis, and list building.Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM software, especially HubSpot, is advantageous but not essential.Sharp analytical skills with a knack for identifying patterns and insights in complex data sets.Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions with precision.Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles (preferred).Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of data analysis trends.IMPORTANT!!
