6+ monthsThe Power BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, visualization, and reporting, as well as the ability to work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.Create and maintain data models, DAX queries, and data transformations.Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and quality checks.Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.Experience with row level security.Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices.Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and industry trends.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for BI solutions, including data models, processes, and user guides.Qualifications:
Extensive work experience or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics.Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.Experience with SQL and relational databases.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with on-premises data gateways.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the public sector or with government clients.Certification or extensive experience in Microsoft Power BI or related technologies.
