Continue reading for more details.What You’ll Do:Develop civil designs for site development, grading, drainage, roadways, utility, and bridge projects.Produce engineering documentation to include construction drawings, requirements, specifications, detailed plans, and project scheduling.Determine project costs by calculating material, labor, and additional associated costs.Provide feasibility studies that include analyzing engineering designs, conducting environmental impact studies, and gathering and presenting data.Monitor projects at construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, accurate calculations and precise positioning.Acquire and utilize knowledge of local and state design standards and procedures.Build collaborative relationships with clients, government agencies, vendors, subcontractors, internal engineering and support teams, and company executives.What You’ll Bring:Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.Civil engineering design experience involving infrastructure projects.Working Knowledge of MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and /or similar software programs, and proficient MS Office Suite skills.Ability to utilize time efficiently in completing tasks accurately, on schedule and within budget, independently or within a design team.A positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a robust professional work ethic.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with business acumen.Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification is desirable but not required.If you are looking to build your long-term career with a solid company that values and rewards excellent employees, please apply today for our careful consideration.
