Job Summary
The
Systems Integration Analyst II
serves as the point of contact for Fulfillment with technology related inquires of Cox Business systems and who work collaboratively with Enablement and Technology Partners. Responsibilities include hands-on project management and day-to-day support for Sales Force, Optix, Core, CBUI and any other Cox Business tools. This position requires a dual understanding of business procedures and practices, in addition to the technical aspects of the systems. This role collaborates with Technology to execute testing, reviewing design stories, resolve operational issues, and help plan the future technology applications through all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Catch Team is responsible for partnering with Technology to research data validation between CBF, Optix and Icoms systems, translating business requirements into technical specifications and connecting people, process and platform. Catch Team reviews instances of OME Fallout to determine validity and defects, this includes partnering with Incubation in tracking and reporting valid defects. Catch team partners with Product and Enablement, Identifying, communicating, and closing gaps on any potential roadblocks for successful new product launches, and handles temporary fallout until defects and gaps are resolved for orders both CBF and Optix. Catch Team is responsible for handling any orders and projects that encounter defects or known technology gaps and swiveling them into workaround systems that exists. Catch Team partners with Enablement to support Icoms issues between CBF and Icoms that cause Asset Refresh sync issues inside of CBF.
Qualifications
Required
BS/BA in related discipline (e.g. Communications Industry, Project Management, etc.); and 2 years of experience in related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree in a related discipline; or 6 years of experience in a related fieldProficiency of Windows based applications (Word, Excel, Project) and knowledge of Order Management System (OMS).Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and verbal and written communication skills to lead and work effectively with teams throughout organization.Preferred
Extensive Sales Force Knowledge or CertificationsExperience in Project Management Role2+ years of experience in a leading cross functional leadership role preferred.PMP and/or Six Sigma preferredExperience in telecommunications industry desired.Preferred knowledge of Hybrid Fiber Coax systems (HFC) in aerial and underground utility construction and design parametersDetail orientedInitiate plan and execute very wellManage client expectationsGreat communication skillsCo-ordinating with vendors and multiple departmentsExperience from PM side is what is required/Telecom exp is not requiredScheduling with client/ Project management role / PMP preferred
USD 64,200.00 - 96,400.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $64,200.00 - $96,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
