Litigation Associate Attorney-Asbestos Toxic Tort Attorney-DefenseConducting and defending expert and witness depositions.Drafting motions and other complex litigation documents.Preparing discovery requests and drafting responses for exchange with various parties.Building and maintaining client relationships through effective oral and written communication.Assisting with trial preparation, including drafting motions in limine, and organizing exhibit and witness lists.Package + BenefitsCompetitive salary up to $220k, dependent on experience + monthly bonusComprehensive health benefits with a robust 401K planRequirements:Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in Toxic Tort defense.For a confidential and non-obligation call to find more information about this opportunity, please email your resume to
