CommercialKey Responsibilities:Reporting to both CMO and SVP, Commercial, the Senior Director, Global Strategy, Insights & Analytics will be responsible for building and leading the global strategy and insights supporting KIMMTRAK & other pipeline assets.Ensure alignment and execution of the overall commercial strategy and monitor performance to KPIs.Ensure medical and commercial data is compliantly stored, analyzed & visualized in accordance with Immunocore policies.Lead business reviews with leadership as required including with the Global Medicines Committee and the Board of Directors.Support the quarterly business review process including implications from competitive intelligence, analyst reports, company earnings calls, etc.Drive the global brand strategy planning process.Drive the commercial forecast continuously considering key internal and external impact, risks, and opportunities on revenue.Develop, deliver, and execute market research and insight plans that support the brand strategy.Build and lead Commercial Competitive Intelligence capabilities.Drive and manage critical operational aspects of the Commercial leadership team.Lead the commercial assessment of major business opportunities (internal and external) with potential for major impact on Immunocore’s long-term growth/profitability.Facilitate the integration of all commercial data sources within our selected data warehouse platform.Liaise with IT to further develop and deploy changes to relevant data, applications, and analytics.Assess field-team effectiveness to ensure optimal targeting, size, and structure that supports commercial success.Medical Analytics, Insights & Technology:Aggregate & categorize trends in common discussions across regions and KOLs to identify key trends across MSL engagements.Develop & standardize various reporting capabilities for medical affairs team including but not limited to: Performance tracking, QBR preparation, activity trends by region, etc.Lead technology initiatives including compliant medical database warehousing, AI tools related to conversations analytics, social media engagement & trend reporting & other technology-based capabilities.Develop new/novel insights driven by US claim data that includes all areas of the product pipeline and current commercial products.Focus efforts to maximize the value of current capabilities including Veeva/Veeva Link/PowerBI and other tools.Clinical Analytics Support:Provide necessary insights to aid in any clinical or development needs.Quantifying patient volumes, location key KOL's and other targeted.Supervisory Responsibility:
1-2 direct reportsExperience & Knowledge:10+ years of relevant work experience in the pharma/biotech field.Oncology Brand strategy experience required.Strong knowledge of syndicated pharmaceutical industry data and experience integrating these data sources into an in-house data warehousing platform.Expert in gathering new insights through innovative platforms and market research techniques.Strong knowledge of best industry-standard CRM (Veeva preferred) and BI tools relevant to pharma industry.Commercial sales launch experience (EU oncology or specialty launch experience preferred).Skilled at negotiating with business partners or management and influencing senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization (business acumen).Curious and data-driven mindset, constantly questioning assumptions, and working with a sense of urgency to enable the delivery of the best care to patients with cancer.Essential Competencies:Hands-on mentality and willingness to go beyond that classical description of the role.Ability to multi-task several projects under tight deadlines.Strong organization and prioritization skills. Project management mindset.Excellent communication and presentation skills to interface with cross-functional partners, alliance partners, and senior management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated, ability to work independently and without significant management oversight.Ability to lead, influence, and work in a complex and cross-functional environment regardless of reporting structure.Ongoing investment in developing self and others to deliver ambitious goals.Understand, respect and abide by all local rules and regulations pertaining to pursuing pharmaceutical activities.Education & Qualifications:
