We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Specialist to lead our efforts in managing cybersecurity procedures, control evaluations, and network assessments. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), proficiency with the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), and the capability to produce comprehensive RMF documentation packages. This pivotal role involves close coordination with Navy Certifying Authority (CA) and Navy Authorizing Official (NAO) to ensure strict compliance with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).Key Responsibilities:
Implement and oversee cybersecurity procedures and control evaluations across various projects.Conduct network security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigative actions.Lead the generation of RMF documentation packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Coordinate effectively with Navy CA and NAO to align cybersecurity efforts with DoD standards.Ensure full compliance with DISA STIGs, applying rigorous security measures to protect systems and data.Monitor cybersecurity trends and updates, continuously improving security protocols and procedures.Requirements:
Proven experience in cybersecurity within DoD environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of RMF.Proficient in using ACAS for security assessments and compliance checks.Familiarity with the coordination processes involving Navy CA and NAO.Solid experience in generating RMF documentation packages and ensuring adherence to DISA STIGs.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex security concepts clearly.U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.What We Offer:
