We know that high-quality gymnastics can be achieved in a positive, uplifting environment, and we are committed to providing this for our athletes.

Responsibilities:

Direct and supervise preschool and recreational programs including Gymnastics & Ninja.

Supervise the camp, open gym, and special events programs.

Coach preschool and recreational classes throughout the week.

Supervise, train, develop, and schedule employees. Review and evaluate staff performance.

Develop staff training curriculum and strategies to motivate staff and achieve goals.

Manage the program registration system.

Respond to all gymnastics-related member and community inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

Create and maintain progressive, theme-based lesson plans for preschool and recreational classes.

Develop an efficient class rotation schedule to ensure students get a well-rounded experience.

Maintain a clean, safe working environment. Perform periodic equipment safety checks.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding skill progress, scheduling, etc.

Present a positive professional attitude that reflects the goals and mission statement of STARZ Gymnastics Academy.

Supervise and manage Birthday Party programming and staff.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience in gymnastics programs is preferred.

Experience with program management and development is preferred.

Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.

Must have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, and be a team player.

Must have sufficient strength, agility and mobility to perform essential functions such as spotting recreational gymnasts.

Demonstrated skills in staff development and management.

Highly effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong passion for inspiring children and individuals to achieve goals and overcome obstacles.

Willing to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay is based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $37,000.00 per year
