Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
Understand the market:
Identify unmet/underserved customer needs and develop customer segmentation. Evaluate market trends and competitive landscape to define our competitive advantage and right to win.
Create Positioning, Messaging, and Packaging:
Articulate who we serve, how we are differentiated and deliver value, and develop value propositions and messaging.
Deliver Go-to-Market Strategy and Campaigns:
Use insights on how to reach target customers across their buying journey to design go-to-market strategies that hit metrics that matter, including leads, adoption and revenue targets. Work closely with Revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations) to plan and execute GTM campaigns.
Strategy and Planning : Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategy, goal setting, and execution. Track to ensure we are delivering against commitments on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Here's what we're looking for:
6+ years in Product Marketing
8+ year track record of success driving product B2B SaaS marketing strategies and go-to-market programs of significant scale (e.g., over $100M in annual revenue) and launching and scaling products or markets. Experience using customer insights and data to inform segmentation, buyer personas, messaging, competitive positioning, pricing recommendations, and go-to-market plans
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strategic thinking combined with a “roll up the sleeves” doer attitude
Be comfortable with conducting A/B testing and other growth experiments, in partnership with the Growth team, to continuously improve adoption efforts.
Compensation
Our base salary cash compensation range for this role is $123,000 to $155,000 in Denver and most other remote locations, and $148,000 to $185,000 in San Francisco and New York City. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
