This is a hybrid/in-office position based in our Fort Lauderdale office. In this role you’ll be responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on the state of business and business trends. You’ll drive regional and global revenue growth for Princess Cruises by providing performance measurement and strategic analysis. You’ll influence priorities and business decisions through analytics and identify trends and actionable insights that inform our strategy. You’ll also be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining multi-year global guest and sourcing forecasts, global channel and New to Cruise forecasting, and reporting as well as assisting in forecasting Key Performance Indicators. Finally, you’ll work to define, track, enhance, and maintain Princess Cruises weekly target as well as target analytics and reporting along with ad-hoc reporting.Here’s a summary of what Princess is looking for in its Senior Commercial and Market Planning Analyst. Is this you?ResponsibilitiesGlobal Guest and Sourcing Forecasting

Develop multi-year global guest sourcing forecast.Review and update guest forecast quarterly in line with company’s strategic growth.Investigate and develop new ways to distribute revenue target across sourcing region.Enhance and maintain multi-year global guest sourcing reporting.

Targets and Booking Curve

Define Princess Cruises weekly booking target.Build models and reports to track performances against target and report on observed risk and opportunity.Develop new ways to measure business performance against target.

Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly State of Business Reporting

Identify business trends to senior management.Maintain existing weekly snapshot reporting, enhance and adjust report based on latest business needs.Provide monthly state of business report to executives covering all aspects of the business.Maintain existing dashboards such as Quarter dashboard, and develop new dashboards and reporting.Develop and deliver high quality, clear and concise presentations to leadership.

Global Channel and New to Princess Forecasting

Develop multi-year global Channel and New to Princess forecast.Review and update Channel and New to Princess forecast quarterly in line with company’s strategic growth.Enhance and maintain multi-year global Channel and New to Princess reporting.

Other KPIs reporting and Revenue Forecasting

Assist in forecasting Key Performance Indicators based on historical data and identify variances versus forecast.Support Revenue Planning team with any related reporting and forecasting.Provide cross-departmental support through data analytics.

Ad hoc Reporting

Lead ad-hoc projects by gathering information, scope, and develop ad hoc analysis and reporting that provide insight into our business.

RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business (Finance/Marketing), Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.Minimum 3+ Years of Business Planning/ forecasting Experience.Minimum 3+ Years working with large datasets.Intermediate SQL.Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Excellent presentation and story-telling skill, able to present complex data analyses into simple, concise, and engaging stories using Power Point.Advanced Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint required.Experience with Snowflake.Resilience and ability to work with ambiguous information.Ability to work across multiple teams and drive development with little guidance.Excellent organizational and communication skill.Must be a self-starter, with an ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.Experience working in hospitality industry and prior management consulting experience, highly preferred.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
