Expected salary range of $97,200 to $108,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).Senior Cyber Security Engineer:

Expected salary range of $117,900 to $131,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).******This can be either filled as a Cyber Security Engineer or Senior Cyber Security Engineer******PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITIONThis role is responsible to design and drive implementation of high priority initiatives and demonstrate expertise to design, configure and deploy state of the art cyber security infrastructure. This role requires collaboration with leadership, business partners, vendors and project/design team, in all aspects of cyber security and network infrastructure throughout Constellation's environment. This role will participate in the development of documentation, process & standards to enable transition to support the organization in day-to-day operations. Provide technical solutions to project managers and stakeholders for specific deployment & migrations of cyber security solutions. Provides support in a lead role for Audits, Regulatory Requirements Reviews, Incident Response, Disaster Recovery and other aspects of a Cyber Security Program. The candidate will share in-depth technical knowledge, guidance, and mentoring for high visibility Cyber solutions, implementations, and migration initiatives. Expert ability to provide high value through in-depth & complex technical collaboration, focused on requirements, design, implementation, integration, performance, optimization, and support of Cyber Security solutions that align with business goals and overall infrastructure enhancement needs and requirements. This role must have a thorough understanding and strong demonstration of network infrastructure, firewall, intrusion detection systems, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), technologies and how they strategically intersect with business requirements. This candidate will lead projects and/or project steps and be accountable for achieving the objects related to cyber security and network infrastructure work. Will be required work in a highly autonomous manner and be required travel to support implementation of initiatives & projects.PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESLead the development and deployment of projects by sharing expertise on current systemsProvide in-depth technical expertise for maintaining performance and reliability of key IT solutionsDrive innovation across the organization by identifying and providing analysis of trends and issues with the goal to drive new business opportunities and solve complex business problemsMaintain and enhance engagement with business and IT partnersActively participate and maintain required qualifications and/or certifications for job roleAbility to provide on-call support after normal business hoursCyber Security Engineer MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field of study and typically 2 to 5 years related experience in Networking and Cyber Security or 6 – 9 years of relevant education & experience.Strong problem-solving skillExcellent communication skills – Able to effectively communicate highly technical information in non-technical terminology (written and verbal)Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, based on business needsWorking knowledge of Server and Workstation Operating Systems (Windows / Linux), along with command prompt knowledgeWorking knowledgeable in IP based switching, routing, and network environments (ex. Cisco)Working knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.Working knowledge of firewall operations (Cisco & Checkpoint)Working knowledge of cyber security practices for an enterprise environmentSr Cyber Security Engineer MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and 5 to 8 years relevant experience in Networking and Cyber Security or 9 -12 years of relevant education & experience.Demonstrate expert technical depth in required disciplineExcellent communications skills - Able to effectively communicate highly technical information in non- technical terminology (written and verbal).Understanding and lead change management processes associated with technology implementationsUnderstanding of project management principlesFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities, based on business needsIn-depth knowledge of Server and Workstation Operating Systems (Windows / Linux), along with command prompt knowledgeIn-depth knowledge in IP based switching, routing, and network environments (ex. Cisco)In-depth knowledge of Security Information Event Management (SIEM) solutions (ex. Splunk, Nitro, Industrial Defender)In-depth knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.In-depth knowledge of firewall operations (ex. Splunk, Nitro, Industrial Defender) Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification acceptable with other network credentials.
