Regional Sales Director, Teleneurology Physician Sales

The Regional Sales Director will drive the growth of Blue Sky Neurology’s Teleneurology services by developing and managing a robust pipeline of sales opportunities. This position will strategically target healthcare systems, Integrated Delivery Networks and hospitals to expand access to Blue Sky Neurology’s innovative teleneurology services. The Regional Sales Director will leverage their deep knowledge of the healthcare market and sales acumen to increase adoption and conversion rates, foster relationships with key stakeholders (including C-suite executives and medical personnel), and follow the company established sales process to establish Blue Sky Teleneurology as the leader in telemedicine.
Position RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, health sciences or related field required.
Experience:Minimum of five (5) years of professional, proven successful healthcare sales pipeline and development experience. Prefer experience with hospital sales, telemedicine, or teleneurology.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline, meet sales targets, and close complex deals with multiple customer stakeholders in the healthcare or telemedicine space.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a compelling and persuasive manner to diverse audiences.
In-depth understanding of the healthcare and telemedicine markets with a focus on hospitals, healthcare systems, and healthcare provider networks.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic, high growth environment.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, sales pipeline tracking software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other data analysis tool sets.
Excellent collaboration, project management, and leadership qualities.
Job Responsibilities:
Identifies, qualifies, and prioritizes new sales opportunities in a designated region, focusing on healthcare systems and hospitals who can benefit from teleneurology services.
Builds and maintains relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders, including executive leadership, medical management, neuroscience directors, stroke and neurology coordinators, and quality personnel to drive awareness and adoption of Blue Sky’s teleneurology solutions.
Develops and implements a regional sales plan aligned with broader corporate objectives to maximize market penetration, revenue growth, and sales quota attainment in the teleneurology sector.
Leads the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiations, contracting, and closing sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales revenue goal requirements.
Monitors, analyzes, and reports on sales metrics and pipeline health.
Provides daily and weekly updates to the senior management team and adjusts strategies as needed.
Maintains awareness of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in teleneurology and telemedicine to refine strategies and ensure market competitiveness.
Other duties as assigned.
Salary Range:$100,000 - $140,000 with a competitive commission structure.
