Senior HR Business Partner - Role Profile:The Senior HR Business Partner will partner with people managers to drive organizational excellence with a strong emphasis on coaching for results. They will bring life to HR policies and programs to best enable and support our employees.The Senior HR Business Partner will also guide leaders to maintain positive working relationships across their function, serving as an ultimate point of escalation and resolution for complex employee relations issues.What You’ll Do:Provide leaders with key business and organizational insights to properly drive, reward, and manage performanceCollaborate with leaders across the HR team to drive key recruiting, total rewards, organizational development, and HR operations and analytics initiatives into the hands of people leadersReview and analyze business metrics such as retention, attrition, diversity mix, and employee engagement scores to recommend systemic improvements, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionWhat You Won’t Do:Get bored – this is not a ‘maintenance mode’ role but rather one of ingenuity and collaboration across functions and leadersFeel like a number – this is a highly visible role and a trusted partner to keep the “human” in human resourcesSit idle – you’ll work amongst an action-oriented bunch who consistently strive for progress and process improvementSkills & Requirements
Who You Are:An ambitious, autonomous and compassionate HR professional with an unwavering desire to partner and advise senior leaders to accomplish goals and attain resultsA thoughtful leader and dynamic communicator with a strong business mindAn effective collaborator who knows how to respectfully drive towards action and align others to new strategiesWhat You’ll Need:7+ years of progressive HR expertise, with demonstrated ability to solve dynamic problems with a dose of both heart, hustle and business acumenAbility to see around corners, provide trusted counsel, and help enable teams to achieve greatnessExperience working as a partner to a sales or technology organization and supporting a CRO/CTO is preferredHR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred
