This person should be well versed in running programs and be both operations and people focused.Typical work includes:Support multi-tiered entrepreneurship education and coaching programs that have a major impact on the success of commercializing research and innovation within the government labs and other organizations.Lead recruitment of entrepreneurs, startups, mentors, and advisors across multiple programs and events. This includes sourcing, outreach, and helping maintain relationships through CRM or other platforms.Manage project plans, stay extremely organized and focused on details of program execution.Design and develop presentations, reports and content using ppt and other creative software (beautiful.ai, Canva, etc.).Execute the backend of workshops, webinars, and ecosystem (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Hivebrite, Gatheround, etc.).Manage client engagements, calls/meetings to include set up, taking minutes, and managing follow-ups.Successful Candidates will have the following qualifications:Master’s Degree with 2+ years or bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in relevant industries including entrepreneurship or entrepreneurial support organizations, innovation/incubator/studio/accelerator programs, management consulting.Extremely strong program management skills, including relevant software tools (e.g., excel, asana, forecast, ppt, Airtable, etc.).PMP, Six Sigma, or Scrum certifications are a plus.Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse set of people.Existing network of innovation leaders, organizations, and startups.Strong experience with the needs of early-stage technology-oriented ventures and/or innovation at large organizations.Expert-level communication (oral and written) skills with ability to present to multiple audiences.Relentlessly drives towards action (testing, measuring, iterating).Our Values:Boldness: We have the fortitude to forge new paths and push beyond our comfort.Unity: We treat our clients, team members and partners as we would like to be treated - we are one united team.Introspection: We recognize introspection is the necessary ingredient in which self-improvement flourishes.Leadership: We embrace servant leadership - putting the interests of client, team partners and partners first.Decisiveness: We have a strong bias towards action.At FedTech, we believe in diversity as a strength. Join us.Location:This position will have a hybrid work arrangement. We are seeking candidates from Southern California, Arlington, VA (our headquarters) OR Austin, TX.
