Lead Enterprise Workforce Planning Specialist

is integral to this work ensuring successful planning, execution, and change management to improve organizational performance and ensure MPC has the right mix of skills and competencies to meet current and future demands across the full enterprise.The Lead Enterprise Workforce Planning Specialist supports the Performance & Succession Management Director to lead this effort across the enterprise.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversees the design, application, and delivery of workforce planning solutions, that focuses on people, processes, and technology to improve organizational performance and to ensure MPC has the right mix of skills and competencies to meet current and future demands.Leads the program administration of MPC’s Workforce Planning Program. This includes creating and maintaining project plans, managing implementation activities, developing, and enhancing protocols, tools, and the communication plan for pilot rollouts and ongoing management.Analyzes workforce data, trends, and metrics to make data-driven decisions in the development of workforce strategies while understanding how changes in the workforce may impact different areas of the business.Delivers workforce plan and presentations to leadership and stakeholders outlining progress, change management, industry trends, etc.Remains up to date on industry trends, emerging developments, and best practices, along with the latest technologies in workforce planning and identifies appropriate change management tactics to drive organizational alignment. Spearheads process improvement initiatives based on feedback from internal stakeholders as needed.Serves as a key contributor in the long-term talent strategy. Determines talent gaps and develops long-term plans to bridge the gaps ensuring alignment to MPC’s People Strategy.Designs and delivers scalable training and learning activities that impact HR Business Partners, leaders, and stakeholders in support of workforce planning initiatives.Builds collaborative working relationships with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Communications, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support the achievement of MPC’s strategic goals.Supports the development and implementation of new core talent programs and projects by conducting needs assessments, assessing risks, researching best practices, engaging with stakeholders, and identifying appropriate change management tactics to drive organizational alignment.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree is required.
