The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record and extensive experience working with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) and other relevant agencies and boards. Duties: Represent clients in various Boston land use and zoning matters, including Article 80 large and small project reviews, planned development areas, exceptions, conditional use permits, and variances. Handle designations and alterations of landmark buildings and districts. Manage MEPA reviews and Chapter 91 licensure processes. Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients on land use regulations and zoning laws. Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law. Draft and review legal documents, including applications, permits, and agreements. Advocate on behalf of clients in hearings and meetings with government agencies and boards. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve client objectives. Requirements: At least 7 years of experience working on zoning and land use matters. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar. Strong academic record preferred. Extensive experience working with the BPDA and other Boston agencies and boards. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:
