We believe in working together to achieve results, both personal and professional, for our team members and clients alike.Responsibilities:Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy’s Mission, Vision and ValuesEnsures their location is performing and has a laser focus in each functional area of the OKR (Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements)Monitor staffing levels across all departments and to ensure all positions are staffed appropriately.Coach, develop, and retrain under performers in sales and service expectationsEnsure all licensure, training, and documentation in accordance with state/federal/franchisor/company regulations are currentParticipate in company and Regional Developer Conference Calls and weekly Operation Director callsContinuously train team on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to strive for professional development.Facilitates the resolution of customer service issues while successfully identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout their organizationPromotes and implements new products, services, and initiativesResponsible for location’s payroll entry and inventory managementReview payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability related opportunitiesHost monthly Performance Coaching Plans and partner with Operations Director to address performance concerns and celebrate performance wins
