Ready to design what's next?In this role, you will work alongside a team of friendly, passionate, and creative Global Payroll product managers and developers to bring our payroll product to market. We use innovative technologies to develop the next generation of features for payroll. The product manager will lead the product management activities for the Operational tools that will deliver an effective client onboarding and service process and experience. The primary responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, defining a product roadmap, identifying what capabilities and features to build, and working with various stakeholders and partners on prioritization and roadmap discussions.We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in product management, and 3+ years of product owner experience working closely with end users and translating customer requirements into product features. Result-oriented, data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking are must-haves in this role. Having payroll experience/domain knowledge is a plus. If you are detail-oriented, have worked with Agile teams, have a good understanding of product life cycle, and are an excellent communicator, this role is for you. Participate in all scrum ceremonies, working with teams to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate priorities.Research & Requirements:

Identify and prioritize capabilities and features to build based on client and ADP’s goals. Collect and document requirements, ensuring features meet client needs.Relationships:

Create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders, collaborating across multiple teams to drive innovation.Measurements:

Measure product effectiveness, report outcomes, and drive priorities.Variety of work:

Work with UX teams on client experience journeys, delivering new features and product enhancements.Presentation:

Communicate and defend ideas to internal and external stakeholders.Experience:
