Lead with Expertise:
Use your advanced knowledge of Building Automated Control Systems (BAS) to support our departments and the university community with technical solutions that enhance academic, research, and administrative operations.Analyze and Innovate:
Oversee and review current and proposed BAS hardware and software systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the University while recommending improvements and best practices.Empower Others:
Develop and deliver training sessions for all end users on new or updated technologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Drive Projects:
Oversee and lead research and development initiatives, implementing cutting-edge technologies that make a difference. Review HVAC plans and control submittals ensuring all is up to University standards.Evaluate Solutions:
Review and recommend solutions for BAS hardware and software acquisitions, maintaining comprehensive records, knowledge of technological advancements and ensuring alignment with university expectations. Review projects proposals and pricing as well as provide in house proposals for projects.Automate Tasks:
Design and develop HVAC, Lighting, and Laboratory programs to enhance operational efficiency across the university.Who You Are:
