Infrastructure Engineer

Your journey towards a rewarding career starts here.Internship Description:Assist with design and management of water and sewer infrastructure projects. Projects include water distribution pipelines; water booster pump stations; water storage tanks; sewer collection pipelines; and sewer pump stations.Other tasks as needed to support Water Design Center teams and regional engineering teams.Position will include construction observation and time outside on active construction sites.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program0-1 years of related experiencePassed the FE exam, or ability to do so within 6 months of hirePreferred Skills:Microsoft Office Suite experience; AutoCAD; ArcGIS/ESRIWorking knowledge of presentation software such as MS PowerPoint or KeynoteStrong communication skills and public speaking abilitySimilar experience in the water/wastewater utilities market with a focus on linear assets, storage, and pumping for water distribution and wastewater collection systemsGrow With Us:Garver offers its employees programs such as company-paid professional memberships, company support for industry licenses, and continuing education opportunities that foster a progressive atmosphere.
