The Opportunity:CACI's SAFFIRE team is at the forefront of developing and operating state-of-the-art Geospatial Intelligence analysis software. The SAFFIRE team builds and maintains an exceptionally powerful platform enabling our users to address challenging real-world problems by converting disparate data into actionable information. We work directly with operational users to design, develop, and maintain capabilities that empower analysts to create actionable intelligence from the massive volumes of Geospatial Intelligence data to give our intel and combat organizations the decision advantage over our near-peer adversaries.Responsibilities:Demonstrated experience integrating multiple applicationsExperience designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to mission problemsDemonstrated experience using workflow charts and diagramsDemonstrated experience building scalable solutions to mission problemsDemonstrated experience incorporating knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logicDemonstrated experience writing or contributing to end user instructions or manualsDemonstrated experience assigning, coordinating, and reviewing the work and activities of developer personnelDemonstrated experience using rapid prototyping and Agile based software development methodologiesDemonstrated experience developing innovative analytical solutionsDemonstrated experience using Java-based technologies to develop enterprise systemsDemonstrated research and development experience on the progression of ideas to production systemsQualifications:Required:7+ years of experience in software development (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceActive Top Secret or Top-Secret SCI, preferably with a recent polygraphDemonstrated experience with querying of geospatial data from ESRI or OGC APIsExperience with ArcGIS Enterprise Suite and ArcMap or ArcPro (preferable)Demonstrated experience developing and implementing software enhancements to mission systems in other Government agenciesExperience with development in microservice based architecturesUnderstanding of web application development conceptsExperience with KOOPExperience working with RDNS and NoSQL databases, specifically ElasticsearchExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, NiFi automationAWS experienceDemonstrated experience with continuous integration and software CM processes / tools (Subversion, GIT, JIRA, Confluence)Demonstrated experience with building DevOps pipelines for enterprise systemsDemonstrated experience with infrastructure as code applications (Chef, Ansible, Terraform, etc.)AWS Certification (Developer, DevOps and/or Architect, etc.)What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $89,500 - $188,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.CACI is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
