Deskside Support Technician

All Lines Technology is seeking an IT Deskside Support Technician to provide comprehensive support to our users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling:Handling email and phone support.Managing and entering support tickets.Providing PC support and performing PC upgrades.Troubleshooting printers and other peripherals.Offering deskside assistance to end users.Transferring files and data as needed.Performing basic troubleshooting tasks.Minimal travel required (5% or less).Qualifications:Proven experience in IT support roles.Strong understanding of PC hardware and software.Excellent troubleshooting skills.Ability to work well with end users and provide deskside support.Strong communication skills.
