Description We are currently seeking a User Experience (UX) Manager to join our team in support of the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR) Information Technology Services program. Position Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Knowledge Management, Customer Relations, and Service Delivery Management teams, as well as leading special projects to enhance service delivery and customer experience. This role also involves engaging stakeholders and customers to ensure effective, user-friendly services. Primary Responsibilities: Supervising and managing the Knowledge Management, Customer Relations, and Service Delivery Management teams Leading special projects to enhance service delivery and customer experience Engaging stakeholders and customers to ensure the customer-facing Service Catalog is effective and user-friendly Basic Qualifications: A bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience; or a master's degree with 10+ years of experience. Additional years of experience may be used in lieu of degree Possess a current DoD Secret clearance Requires a minimum of eight years of experience supervising and managing IT professionals within a DoD environment Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with AFNCR IT senior stakeholder organizations
