$20-25/hourTemp-to-Hire with BenefitsJoin our client's team as a Property Administrator, where you'll support day-to-day operations for a well-managed property in Denver. This role offers a chance for long-term growth with competitive pay and full suite of benefits upon permanent hire.Key Responsibilities:Greet residents and visitors, answer calls, and respond to inquiries professionally.Coordinate leasing, maintenance requests, and assist with move-ins/outs.Manage tenant accounts, process payments, and track lease compliance.Maintain accurate records, reports, and assist with property inspections.Requirements:Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.Previous property management or administrative experience.Reliable transportation.Upbeat, friendly personality!Professional phone and email ettiquette.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; property management software a plus.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
