Job Summary
We are seeking an entry level Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will build wire harnesses using components by aligning materials and connecting parts. The ideal candidate has the ability to read and follow simple assembly directions, and have excellent manual dexterity. We will train the right candidates no experience necessary. Full time and part time first shift needed.
Responsibilities
Read and understand simple assembly directions We will train
Precisely measure components to ensure fit. We will train how to do so.
Put parts together to create more complex pieces
Maintain a high level of quality control
Report to work on time
Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in working condition
Report on any equipment issues or defective parts
Keep work area clean and organized
Able to lift up to 40 lbs on occasion
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience as an Assembler or in a similar role a plus but will train
Ability to read English a plus
Must understand English and speak some.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lb occasionally
Must be able to sit for long periods of time
Must be legal to work
Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools. We will train as needed
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Background checks and drug testing may be required
