The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, great at multitasking and prioritizing in a very fast-paced and highly confidential environment. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and feel comfortable communicating with high-level executives on a range of matters.Responsibilities
Facilitate all communications for the office of the Vice ChairmanProject management and trackingTraditional executive assistant duties including schedule meetings, rolling calls, booking travel and drafting expense reportsCollaborate with Office of the CEO on logistics for major C-Suite and Board of Directors meetingsAssist in screening expense reports for approval by the Vice ChairmanHelp prepare materials to be presented to Lionsgate’s Board of Directors, investors and potential partnersCompany specific and industry wide researchQualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university2+ years of either entertainment industry or finance experienceExcellent communication skills and the ability to concisely and confidently interact with high-level executivesStrong project management and coordination skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeNice to Haves
Curiosity and drive to gain familiarity with all business segments within the studioExperience covering incoming Film + TV project submissionsProven ability to multitask and pivot in a high-volume roleAbout the Company
