Account Manager
to join our sales team at Walsh’s Glass. In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact by managing and growing B2B relationships with both existing clients and new networks in our Southern Regions of WA. You’ll work closely with our Sales Manager, meeting both your individual sales quotas and also contributing to the team quotas. You will also support our company-wide commitment to excellent service through fostering collaborative internal relationships and ensuring the right product is delivered at the right time.The RoleAs an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in our team’s success, combining your will to win with a desire to help our clients meet their goals. You’ll focus on relationship-building and proactive outreach, fostering trust and reliability with clients. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a well-organised and structured sales environment and has a natural focus on maintaining high standards and supporting team objectives.This role will require frequent travel to our regional clients and our office in Canning Vale with a mix of work from home.Key Responsibilities Include:Develop and strengthen customer networks with thoughtful planning and regular client visits.Achieve sales targets through positive, long-term relationships and a commitment to client needs.Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any issues and maintaining open, transparent communication.Keep an organised schedule, ensuring every visit and client interaction is recorded and reported.Maintain a deep knowledge about our products, manage samples, and offer helpful support tailored to each client’s needs.Share valuable insights from customer feedback, sales analysis, and call reports to support team decisions.Build knowledge in glass products and industry trends, contributing to our commitment to quality and service.The Ideal CandidateYou will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably within the building and construction industry, and will value strong relationships both with clients and colleagues. You are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to helping our team meet its goals.
