Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. This role requires an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and who has the drive to keep all moving parts seamlessly organized. As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in helping our leadership team stay on top of daily operations, manage complex schedules, and ensure efficient project flow.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary administrative support to the executive team, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Track project progress and follow up on pending items, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Act as a liaison between executives, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure clear and efficient communication.Organize team events, meetings, and off-sites, coordinating logistics and managing budgets as needed.Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents required by the executive team.Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including expense reporting, email management, and document filing.Qualifications:2+ years as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Strong verbal and written communication skills.High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong understanding of the need for confidentiality.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and remain calm under pressure.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for growth and career advancement in a high-energy, forward-thinking startup environment.A collaborative, supportive, and innovative culture.The chance to work with a passionate team that values your contributions and celebrates your successes.
