As a

Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications,

you will be responsible for driving sales by developing and leading marketing strategy and execution including all branding, advertising, communications & events, and strategic marketing planning efforts for Noble. The Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and retention, enhancing brand visibility, measuring the impact of marketing efforts, and innovating marketing processes and decisions.

The Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications will develop quarterly, annual and long-term strategies and plans; will lead a team of marketers to develop and execute marketing plans; will lead the integration of sales and marketing activities; and will be the key marketing interface with Noble leadership and with Aptar Pharma Marketing leadership. In addition, the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications will manage the day-to-day performance of the marketing team. This person must demonstrate a genuine desire to not only work closely with a team, but proactively develop them as professionals and push them creatively.

The position requires strong change management and project management skills as well as being adept at building relationships and influencing both within the Noble leadership team and the broader global company (Aptar Pharma).

What you Will Do at Noble!Strategic Marketing

Develop the overall marketing strategy and plans in support of organizational objectives.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding and prioritization of the market and ideal targets.

Define brand strategy and brand identity and build organizational understanding and passion for the brand. Ensure the strategic delivery of the brand across all touchpoints.

Lead the development & implementation of the marketing plan including all marketing elements - digital (website design, online content, search engine marketing, email marketing, social media, mobile, etc.), sales support & integration, advertising, PR, trade, content development, events, etc.

Lead the integration of Sales and Marketing efforts to deliver a seamless Noble experience to customers/prospects.

Develop a regular reporting format and provide regular measurement, reporting, insights and recommended actions on the impact of marketing activities.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all competitive product offerings.

Develop and manage marketing budget.

Develop and implement effective and efficient marketing systems and processes.

Organizational Leadership

Create a high performing team and manage the day-to-day performance of the team.

Build, manage and develop marketing and customer service teams.

Oversight of external agencies and resources.

Act as the key interface with the Leadership team, assisting in the preparation of the annual operating plans and development of long-range plans for the company.

As needed, lead and manage joint ventures, affiliations and partnership arrangements.

Lead Voice of the Customer.

Manage the pricing structures.

What Noble is looking for!

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related discipline.

8+ years’ of experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments, experience in the healthcare space is preferred.

Strategic thinker with a track record for translating thinking into action-oriented plans.

Strong analytical skills. Expertise in determining key KPIs and in managing programs to achieve expansion of key metrics.

Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Highly organized, with strong multi-tasking skills to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities and demands.

Self-starter, who conveys a sense of urgency, drives issues to closure and knows how to execute and influence others to do so.

Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.

Ability to think ahead and plan over a 1–2-year time span.

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Prior marketing experience in product development, launch and deployment.

Demonstrated problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional level.

Technical skills in strategic planning and marketing – including business and market development, market research and planning and promotions/advertising.

Must work effectively with Senior-level executives and staff.

Must have strong interpersonal skills and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.

Must be able to travel.

What are the physical demands and work environment?

Mental:

Requires a relatively high degree of concentration intermittently to compile reports and analyze data approximately 50% of time; periods of mental effort and concentration followed by other aspects of the job with lesser concentration and attention requirements.

Physical:

Requires walking/standing approximately 20%, sitting approximately 80% and lifting up to 15 lbs. approximately 1% of time; involves repetitive stooping, forward bending and crouching approximately 10% of time.

Manual Dexterity:

Requires use of hands, arms, and feet for repetitive lifting; use of hands and arms to operate computers, copy machine and other general office equipment and to record written information.

Audible Demands:

Requires ability to hear verbal instructions and to communicate with internal departments and outside sources in person and via telephone.

Visual Demands:

Requires ability to read written instructions, correspondence and other documentation as well as operate office equipment such as computers and printers. Color and depth perception not necessary.

Environmental:

Requires capability of performing essential job functions in an established office environment under lighting and climate control tolerances. Noise level is moderate.
