is growing! Narvar’s DNA (Data and Analytics) team is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Offline Infrastructure team. In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and optimization of large-scale batch data processing systems and data infrastructure. Your team’s work will enable efficient data pipelines and warehouses, providing critical insights that drive business decisions. You will foster a culture of accountability and innovation, ensuring your team delivers results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Offline Infrastructure Team:

Manage and mentor a team of engineers focused on batch data processing and infrastructure.Develop Scalable Data Pipelines:

Oversee the development and implementation of high-performance batch data pipelines and infrastructure.Collaborate Cross-functionally:

Work closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams to integrate data insights into business processes.Drive Innovation:

Stay updated on industry trends in data engineering and cloud infrastructure to enhance our data capabilities.Ensure Data Reliability:

Continuously improve the quality, performance, and reliability of data systems.Project Management:

Apply agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data solutions aligned with organizational priorities.Strategic Planning:

Partner with senior leadership to shape the technical vision and roadmap for offline infrastructure.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of experience in data engineering, data infrastructure, or technical leadership roles.Experience managing cross-functional teams, balancing both technical leadership and people management responsibilities.Proven expertise with distributed batch processing systems (e.g., Apache Spark, Bigquery, Airflow).Proficiency in Python, Go, or SQL, with experience in optimizing large-scale data systems.Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS for building scalable data architectures.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in high-growth environments or startups, focusing on scaling data systems.Experience working with open table formats like Hudi/Iceberg/Delta Lake etc.Expertise in data lakes, data warehousing, and DataOps.Strong business acumen to align technical projects with overall business strategy.Why Narvar?We're on a mission to simplify the everyday lives of consumers.
