We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The OpportunityReporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations, this role will drive collaboration with operations leads and key business partners from marketing, finance, and product groups across the company. The main responsibility will be to drive business unit alignment and operational efficiency through process improvements, creation/implementation, and execution. A critical focus area will be annual and quarterly planning. Strong skills in process development, program management, and the ability to influence and work in a matrixed environment are required. This dynamic, high-impact position will have a direct impact on how we develop our global marketing activities for Adobe.What you'll DoDrive engagement and alignment with our key stakeholders in Adobe’s business units (Digital Media and Experience Cloud).Lead annual/quarterly planning process in partnership with finance and cross-functional operations partners.Align teams and identify opportunities to evolve operational processes across the marketing organization and in partnership with the business units.Drive communication throughout the team and our partners within the global marketing organization.What you need to succeed10+ years of proven experience in strategic operational roles, partnering within a global, cross-functional environment.BA or BS degree in a related field; MBA, Management Consulting experience is a plus.Strategic problem solver with expertise in operations management and a background in marketing, product marketing, operations, or analytics.Proven success solving complicated process problems. Extraordinary ability to program manage across complex operations.Strong influencing skills, the ability to develop strong relationships and communicate up, across and down in the org structure are critical to success in this role.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.Excellent meeting design and facilitation skills.Critical thinking skills and able to take sizable problems and break them into small meaningful pieces as well as being able to utilize data to derive insights from metrics.Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude and attention to operational details.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $119,400 -- $276,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
