Mid-Level Associate – Business Group Location:
Seattle, WA; Spokane, WA; Portland, OR; New York, NY; Washington, D.C. Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced mid-level associate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to join its Business Group. The associate will collaborate with both small and large business clients across various industry sectors and work closely with talented attorneys from multiple offices. Key Qualifications: Significant experience with contracts in the consumer goods and/or consumer products industry, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales Broker, Raw Material Supply, Packaging Supply, Equipment Leases, and Product Purchase Agreements. JD from an ABA-accredited law school and a license to practice law. Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and effective collaboration skills. Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills. Enthusiasm for working within a diverse team and managing multiple projects. Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $165,000 to $180,000, adjusted based on relevant experience and location. Benefits:
