About the role:
We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Machine Learning team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving the commercialization of groundbreaking research in 3D reconstruction and generative AI. As a leader, you'll guide a talented global team of engineers to develop cutting-edge machine learning algorithms that will shape the future of our products and services, and collaborate closely with other technical leaders to ensure alignment with company goals.

What you'll bring:
Leadership experience:
7+ years of industry ML experience and 2+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing ML teams.
Technical expertise:
Deep understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and frameworks.
Strong communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Strategic mindset:
Ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical goals and roadmaps.
