Los Angeles, CA . The General Manager will oversee and direct all Food and Nutrition services at a medical center/hospital in the region. The General Manager will be a dynamic team player with a proven background in strategic thinking, fostering an inclusive culture, and driving successful business initiatives.Candidates must have a CDM (Certified Dietary Manager), RD (Registered Dietitian) certification.The successful candidate will:have oversight of day-to-day operations;successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff;achieve company and client financial targets and goals;develop and maintain client and customer relationships;develop strategic plans;ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;ensure Sodexo standards are met.Is this opportunity right for you?
