Founded in mid-2020, we’ve raised over $40M from leading VC funds.Pano is searching for an Operations Program Manager-CONSULTANT (located in Denver) to organize, optimize, manage and drive the process of screening and selecting sites for deploying Pano Stations for customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia. You will be a true team leader, adaptable, self-motivated and able to work in a highly active work environment. Reporting to the Director, Operations you will be a force multiplier for the team and responsible for developing, optimizing and managing schedules for our Pano Station deployments, designing and deploying scalable processes and continually improving the quality and efficiency of cross-functional interactions. You will be working in a fast-paced environment while working on meaningful and urgent problems.
What you'll do
Serve as an Operation Program Manager for site installations across North America, and Australia.Define project scope, timeline, roles & responsibilities to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on budget.Prepare a detailed project plan including key milestones, workstreams & activities.Identify project dependencies and ensure technical feasibility.Track multiple projects, provide regular reports on program status, program risks and escalate to leadership as needed.Perform risk management and contingency planning.Drive and coordinate site selection activities to ensure the timely deployment of our installations.Develop site specific BOMs, design installations and manage deployment efforts.Partner with internal organizations including Site Acquisition, Field Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Success, Site Analysis, Engineering, Program Management, and Operations to align on key business terms and solidify implementation plans.Obtain supplier quotes and drive other sourcing tasks.Receive and inspect incoming materials and resolve any disputed receipts/invoices.Perform other duties as assigned.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (0 to 20% at times).What you'll bring
7+ years experience developing and shipping complex programs at a technology related manufacturer.5+ years of project management experience.Proactive and highly self-motivated; good critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large amounts of information from multiple sources to draw conclusions.Excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to simplify and explain complex problems, with a willingness to challenge when necessary.Superior organizational skills and time management abilities, with ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at the same time.Proven track record of deploying process feedback loops to ensure the health of the project management process.Experience working as part of a geographically dispersed team, across multiple time zones.Extensive experience using project management software such as MS Project, Jira.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Ability to work independently and with others.Bachelor degree in Business or Technology required, Masters preferred.
