You'll work on a variety of digital topics, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic digital & technology questions. Working together with clients to understand their issues, you'll create strategies for change, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with fellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance.What You'll BringTech Advisory and Delivery Senior Consultants at BCG Platinion are:Technical experts with extensive IT expertise that drives innovation for our clients.Collaborative interdisciplinary team players.Comfortable with ambiguity and confident working through the unknown.Change agents who can implement new processes and toolsets.Influencers who build strong relationships to gain trust.Agile advocates versed in Agile methodologies.You're Good At:Supporting digital transformation efforts by developing a digital strategy around:Data and digital analytics platformsCloud infrastructure and technologiesData management capabilitiesBusiness IT architectureSoftware and product managementTech, Enterprise Architecture and Data governanceExperience with tech/digital offerings, including:Developing roadmaps for IT organizationsOrchestrating technical program deliveryIT Benchmarking and recommendationsSupporting IT functions during mergers and acquisitionsCommunicating cloud computing strategiesUtilizing working knowledge of GenAIOptimizing business and IT processes within complex organizations.Delivering data and digital platforms using Agile, DevSecOps, and Cloud native architectures.ERP and Packaged Software Experience:Designing and implementing feasibility studies for ERP systems.Managing large-scale ERP and IT projects.Written Communication:Leading the creation of client-specific strategic materials.Synthesizing conversations into clear recommendations.Assisting with business development through writing proposals.Presentation and Facilitation:Presenting materials and facilitating working sessions.Building relationships with key clients.You Bring:Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.4+ years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting or related fields.Exceptional learning and ramp-up skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.Willingness to travel up to 80% to client sites.Who You'll Work With:The companies winning the digital future embrace digital diversity.
